Tony Jayne, CEO

Tony is responsible for the management, strategy and financial performance of Virsae. He has more than 20 years management experience and has traveled extensively, developing international relationships with vendors, partners and customers.

Tony sees his role as creating an environment in which his team of talented industry professionals can excel.

Steve Shaw, CEO North America

Steve is responsible for Virsae’s business in North America. He brings 20 plus years experience developing new international market opportunities. This included the establishment of sales channels for contact center software in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. Steve launched Virsae’s presence in the US market and is currently based in San Jose, California.

Matthew Bagley, Chief Technology Officer

Matthew is responsible for Virsae’s software development and strategy. He has spent more than 20 years developing hardware and software solutions for the ICT and telecommunications industry. Matthew coordinates the business requirements and technical inputs from all members of the team to produce the technical direction for Virsae’s development team.

Ross Williams, Chief Operations Officer

Ross is responsible for technology delivery and ongoing support for the global Virsae customer base. He has over 20 years experience in project and engineering roles across the IT and telecommunications industries.

Mark Vincent, VP Sales, EMEA and ANZ

Mark is responsible for the development of Virsae’s business in the EMEA and APAC regions. He has held a variety of engineering, sales and business development roles across the IT and telecommunications sector. Mark holds a Graduate Diploma in Business (Info Services) from Auckland University and NZCE (Telecoms).
